Plecto is looking for ambitious Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Aarhus approx 40 hours / month.

You will become
An important part of our Customer Service team, which in addition to you also includes skilled Customer Service Representatives located in Denmark and Guatemala.
We work closely with our colleagues in sales, product, finance, and UX.

The 40 hours will be divided into 1-3 shifts a week (8-12 hours), depending on how the team would like it structured - here you also have the chance to influence the schedule in collaboration with the rest of the team.
The hours are from 8.30-13.00(lunch included), 13.00-17.00, or a combination of both, depending on the team's preferences.
What we're looking for :
Flair for IT
Experience with Excel and different CRM systems is a plus
Customer-centric attitude with a strong sense of empathy
Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
A positive attitude and open mind
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex information in a simple and engaging manner
Fluency in Danish and English is required

What you'll do :
Monitor customer service channels (email, phone, and chat) for incoming requests
Handle and solve support tickets, by investigating and gathering information from customers in an efficient manner
Help the customer with their technical setup and creating KPIs for their data management
Perform troubleshooting on Plecto’s features and related integrations
Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Expert Service, and CSM (Customer Success Management) to assist in ticket resolution
Work effectively with team members in multiple time zones (Denmark and Guatemala)
Update customer-related information in our CRM system
Assist with customer retention activities
